At this time, Victory Liner Inc. already proved to be one of the more reliable public transport companies in the Philippines because of its clean buses, terminals, and courteous and properly groomed crew.
A decade later, Victory Liner Inc. transferred to its current location along the north end of EDSA, near the Balintawak Bonifacio Monument. During this time, the second generation Hernandezes began getting involved in the company. They suggested ideas for innovation and expansion like setting up a fleet of provincial air-conditioned buses and providing radio communications equipment.
